To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative who wants to help build this growth story.
What will you do?
You will get to know our customers, products, and operations up close. With guidance from experienced colleagues, you will step-by-step build knowledge, confidence, and responsibility within our commercial operations.
Your tasks will include:
- Advising and supporting customers via phone and email
- Preparing, following up on, and converting quotes into orders
- Identifying commercial opportunities with existing customers
- Following up on prospects and further developing contacts
- Analyzing customer inquiries and thinking along to find the best solution
- Collaborating with colleagues from the warehouse, purchasing, and sales departments
- Contributing to improvements and optimizations within our operations
