Athilex supplies a wide range of electrical cables for a variety of applications. The range includes standard cables from stock and custom cut or assembled cables. Cable types supplied by Athilex include:
Energy cables are used for the fixed installation of electricity in buildings, industry and infrastructure. Athilex supplies energy cables in aluminum and copper versions, including RZ1-K (AS) LSZH cables (0.6/1kV and 1.8/3kV), RV-K Flex, XGB (LSZH), XVB, EXVB, YMvKas and YMvKf. These cables comply with the CPR standard (EN 50575) and are available in fire classes Eca to Cca.
Medium voltage cables are intended for the distribution of electrical energy at voltages between 1 kV and 45 kV. Athilex supplies NA2XS(F)2Y cables in aluminum (6/10kV, 12/20kV and 18/30kV), N2XS(F)2Y in copper, and (N)TMCWOEU in tinned copper up to 26/45kV. These cables are suitable for underground installation in power grids and industrial plants.
Solar cables are specifically designed for use in photovoltaic installations. Athilex supplies H1Z2Z2-K solar cables in CCA (tinned copper) and DCA (true copper) versions, UV resistant (AD8), TÜV certified according to IEC 62930. Available in red and black, in cross sections from 4 mm² to 6 mm².
Rubber cables are flexible for movable electrical applications. Athilex supplies H07RN-F rubber cables (450/750V), H05RR-F, H07ZZ-F (LSZH), DN-F and H05RNH2-F. These cables are oil and UV resistant and suitable for outdoor use.
Motor cables connect inverters to electric motors and are shielded against electromagnetic interference (EMC). Athilex supplies ROZ1-K EMC (LSZH) in 0.6/1kV and 1.8/3kV versions, in accordance with EN 50525.
Battery cables are used in energy storage systems (BESS) and battery installations. Athilex supplies ATHIFLEX PVC battery cables (450/750V) and BESS cables for AC (0.6/1kV) and DC (0.9/1.5kV and 2.7/4.5kV) applications.
