This growth means we are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who wants more than just following up on customers. Someone who wants to help build the further professionalization of our commercial operations and have an impact on the direction we take together.

What will you do?
Due to our strong growth, we are looking for a commercial colleague who draws energy from customer contact, takes initiative, and wants to play an active role in the further development of Athilex.
You will build strong relationships with customers, contribute to solution-thinking, and ensure that commercial opportunities are maximized.
Your responsibilities include:
- Advising and guiding customers via telephone and email
- Preparing, following up on, and negotiating quotes
- Actively following up on commercial opportunities
- Further developing existing customer relationships
- Identifying new opportunities with customers
- Working closely with purchasing, warehouse, and sales
- Contributing ideas for improvements, digitalization, and process optimization
- Contributing to the further professionalization of our commercial operations
Thanks to your experience, you will also have the space to propose improvements, further develop customer relationships, and actively think along about how we can make our commercial processes even stronger. Your opinion counts, and good ideas are actually implemented here.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who enjoys customer contact and wants to move forward with the company.
Additionally, you possess:
- Several years of experience in an inside sales, customer service, or sales role
- Strong communication skills
- A customer-oriented and solution-driven mindset
- An organized and accurate way of working
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Interest in technology and technical products
Experience is important, but we find motivation, initiative, and ambition at least as decisive.
